Diablo Forum is a phpBB powered forum built for the Diablo community. DF was a personal side project I decided to start before the D3 beta release and is still active today.
The website is a heavily modded phpBB build. Some key features are the integration of an ‘achievements’ system of sorts to encourage active community involvement, as well as a tied-in points system for the purchasing of better avatars and titles. Design-wise, I wanted DF to be as minimal, user friendly and functional as possible, whilst still maintaining a menacing look. We plan to add a new ‘Guides’ section devoted to strategy sharing in the Diablo community.
